Once you click the “Complete my purchase” button and submit your order, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, including shipping fees.
In some cases, your order may be cancelled and a refund may be extended to you if no work has been completed for that order and the requested product has not been shipped. In such cases, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. If the order has been cancelled prior to completion of any work or shipment of any product, a refund will be issued to the purchasing credit card, less cancellation fees, within 15 days. To cancel an order, immediately email a cancellation notice to: trula@sentinelprinters.com including your contact information. If product has been shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
